Filmed in Schenectady, Zach Bryan debuts new music video
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Country singer Zach Bryan has released his new music video for "Oak Island." The video was shot on location in Schenectady, as noted in the final title card of the video.
The music video stars actor Casey Affleck and actor and comedian Jack Martin. The "Oak Island" video starts out with Affleck's character saying over the phone "Hey man, I'm over at Mike's," while walking out of First Prize Mike's on Erie Boulevard.
Later in the video, the signage for the Saw Mill Tavern on South Avenue and the sign for miSci on Nott Terrace can be seen. There's also another scene at Mike's. You can watch the full music video on YouTube.
Bryan was last in the area in 2023 for a concert at MVP Arena in Albany. He is best known for the songs "Something in the Orange," "I Remember Everything (feat. Kacey Musgraves), and "Heading South."
