Govt drawing up flexi work plan for women

The government is developing a framework for flexible working arrangements to boost female workforce participation. A task force under labour secretary Sumita Dawra is exploring flexi work models and social security benefits for women, especially in the unorganised sector. Recommendations will be advisory and tailored to specific sectors.
