Shahi Idgah dispute: SC to hear on Tuesday Muslim side's plea against maintainability of suits

The Supreme Court will hear a plea from the Muslim side challenging the Allahabad High Court's decision on the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah dispute. The high court had ruled that the religious character of Shahi Idgah needs to be determined, rejecting the Muslim side's contention based on the Places of Worship Act, 1991.
