India men’s hockey team have been on a roll in the ongoing Asian Champions Trophy 2024 tournament in Moqi, China. They are the only unbeaten side in the tournament till date, defeating arch-rivals Pakistan in their last match on Saturday. They will be up against South Korea in the second semifinal match on Monday (September 16). Pakistan are facing China in the other semifinal match. Harmanpreet Singh, who completed 200 international goals earlier in the tournament, and his side have already defeated Korea 3-1 once in the tournament in the group stages. They will be wary of Jihun Yang — the tournament’s leading scorer with seven goals — who is a potent drag-flicker for South Korea.
