Plan to 'take back control of Plymouth's buses'

Plymouth Herald - Labour MPs have pledged to 'take back control' of Plymouth's buses. Luke Pollard, MP for Plymouth Sutton and Devonport said 'it has become impossible to rely on local bus services' and praised a package of measures to empower local leaders unveiled by the Labour Government.
