Adani, Wilmar to start stake sale in joint venture next month

Adani Enterprises Ltd. and Wilmar International Ltd. plan to sell a 13% stake in their joint venture Adani Wilmar Ltd. to comply with Indian securities laws. The sale, valued at $735 million, aims to reduce their combined shareholding from 88% to 75% by February.
