'Hacks' Wins Outstanding Comedy Series at Emmy Awards 2024!

Hacks is a winner!

The comedy series starring Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder took home the award for Outstanding Comedy Series at the 2024 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 15) at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

Hacks was nominated alongside Abbott Elementary, The Bear, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Only Murders in the Building, Palm Royale, Reservation Dogs, and What We Do in the Shadows.

This was the show’s third win this evening – Jean won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series while show creators Lucia Aniello, Paul W. Downs, and Jen Statsky won Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.

While Hacks was previously nominated in this same category back in 2021 and in 2022, this was the first win.
