Temasek close to buying 20% in visa services provider VFS Global

Temasek Holdings is close to acquiring a significant minority stake in VFS Global, valuing the firm at around $7 billion including debt. The Singapore state-owned investor is set to buy about 20% of VFS, which is controlled by Blackstone Inc. An announcement could be made soon.
