Hotter Shoes owner Wourth buys Germany's Peter Hahn

​The Wourth Group that owns Hotter Shoes now also owns clothing firm Peter Hahn, buying it out of administration in a deal that should take the combined company’s annual turnover to £300 million from £110 million.
