Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that he was being investigated by the National Marine Fisheries Service for collecting a whale specimen. Kennedy told an audience during a campaign event for former President Donald Trump with former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard that it had been decades since the incident.
