On September 15, 2023, Governor Green signed the Proclamation Relating to Affordable Housing, which prioritized the many state and affordable housing projects with the goal of creating thousands of new low-income and workforce housing throughout the state.Continuing this progressive agenda, the Second Proclamation Relating to Housing was signed on October 24, 2023.
