Fort Qu'Appelle gathering celebrates 150th anniversary of Treaty 4

Sunday marks 150 years since the Sept. 15, 1874, signing of Treaty 4. The anniversary of the signing has been recognized in annual gatherings in the Qu'Appelle Valley for the last 30 years.
