One dead, road closed after two-car crash in Southeast Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- One person is dead after a two-car crash in Southeast Portland early Saturday morning.

Just after 3 a.m., Multnomah County Sheriff's deputies responded to the 16500 block of Southeast Foster Road on reports of a crash involving two vehicles.

On arrival, they found one person had died from their injuries.

Southeast Foster Rd is currently closed between Southeast Jenne Road and Southeast 172nd Road while authorities continue to investigate the crash.

No further information has been released at this time.
