Brock Lesnar set to return after 405 days to assist 39-year-old WWE superstar

New Delhi: In a few hours, WWE SmackDown will usher in its season premiere on the USA Network. Fans are somewhat hyped to catch some surprises; one of the top points could be the highly anticipated return of Brock Lesnar himself after 405 days of absence.

Brock Lesnar was last seen in WWE during SummerSlam 2023. After that he went on his hiatus and got involved with the lawsuit issue, which was going on between him and Vince McMahon. His return has kept on hold courtesy of legal team of the promotion. His much-awaited return could happen this week on WWE SmackDown.

Lesnar could pick up where he left off by continuing to show respect to Cody Rhodes, who is scheduled to face The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa in a Steel Cage match. While the expectation may be that Roman Reigns will step in for the save, WWE could pull the rug out with the return of Brock Lesnar.

Given the past interactions between him, Cody Rhodes, and The Bloodline, it would indeed be fitting for the role of Brock Lesnar to come out and assist the Undisputed WWE Champion. Furthermore, he has already made an appearance on the season premiere of the blue brand on FOX back in 2019, so an appearance by him is almost affixed to events of this nature. For now, however, nothing is certain, and it is all speculation.
