Dense fog early Saturday, pleasant weekend ahead

A few clouds continue to linger across the area this morning as dense fog is possible for most. This could reduce visibility down to 1/2 a mile or less. As the morning goes on, it should start to lift and we'll clear out throughout the day.

There a spotty showers trying to clip our northwestern counties this morning, although most will stay dry for today. Sunshine will return by the afternoon with temperatures heating back up in the middle to upper 80s. Winds will pick up from the southeast at 10-15 mph.

Sunday will remain dry with sunshine and highs continuing to approach 90° as we deal with some late summer-like temperatures over the next few days. Breezes will remain from the southeast, eventually picking up at 15-20 mph by Monday.

Despite the warm afternoons ahead, low humidity will keep it feeling very comfortable throughout the upcoming week. Highs will approach 90° at times with breezes picking up during the afternoon. A few isolated rain chances are possible as we head into Tuesday night. A slim chance of rain showers will carry through the second half of next week.
