Haryana BJP Kisan Morcha president Sukhvinder Mandi has joined the Congress party ahead of the October 5 Assembly polls. Mandi, a former MLA from Badhra, switched parties after being denied a ticket by the BJP. This follows Haryana BJP leader Karan Dev Kamboj's recent defection to Congress for similar reasons.
