Kim Jong Un lauds relations with Russia as rapidly developing

TEHRAN, Sep. 14 (MNA) – North Korean leader told Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu at a meeting on September 13 that relations between the two countries are developing dynamically, including in politics, economy, and culture.
