WIN Waste fires back with new lawsuit at those it claims tried to block its expansion

FOSTORIA — Hours after securing a permit to expand its massive landfill on the outskirts of Fostoria by 94 acres, WIN Waste Innovations of Seneca County filed a 40-page lawsuit in U.S. District Court against nine Ottawa, Sandusky, and Seneca county commissioners individually and the Ottawa-Sandusky-Seneca Joint County Solid Waste Management District as a group.
