Boeing eager to return to union talks as strike shuts factories

SEATTLE: Boeing is eager to get back to the bargaining table and reach a settlement after US West Coast factory workers walked off the job on Friday, the latest crisis for a planemaker under heavy scrutiny from US regulators and customers after a door panel blew off a 737 MAX jet mid-air in January.
