Shocking News: Former Blue Devil AJ Griffin, 21, May Leave The NBA
No one seems to know why either.
Here’s the curve ball you didn't see coming: former Blue Devil AJ Griffith, just 21 and three years removed from a Final Four, is apparently considering quitting basketball.
There’s no obvious reason why.
He’s healthy and developing as a player. He was traded from Atlanta to Houston, but that’s no reason to walk away. Trades are a fact of life in the NBA.
Until it happens and he explains himself, we can’t begin to know what is behind this, but if he’s not happy/interested in playing basketball anymore, that’s a major life decision and we wish him all the best in whatever comes next.
