India conducts successful field trials of light tank Zorawar

India successfully conducted preliminary trials of the Zorawar light tank, developed by DRDO and L&T Defence, to enhance combat capabilities along the China frontier. The 25-tonne tank demonstrated exceptional performance in desert terrain. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh hailed it as a significant milestone towards self-reliance in defence systems and technologies.
