Nilekani was giving a quick reckoner on digital public infrastructure that India has in identity, and payments, and was recounting his journey from 2009, from becoming the founding chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to Aadhaar-enabled KYC to opening of Jan Dhan bank accounts.
