Homicide trial of Maradona’s medical team pushed into 2025
September 13 – A trial of eight health workers charged with “homicide by negligence” over the death of Diego Maradona has been postponed again, this time from October until March.
A court in San Isidro, a town on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, granted the request of three of the eight defendants to delay the trial, originally scheduled for June 4, then due to start on October 1.
The process will now begin on March 11,
