Max Healthcare acquires Jaypee Healthcare under IBC

Max Healthcare announced the acquisition of a 64% stake in Jaypee Healthcare, with plans to acquire the remaining 36%. The deal includes Jaypee Hospital in Noida and two other hospitals.
