News24 | 'Atrocious' report: Doctor referred to HPCSA after allegedly compromising rape trial case

The conduct of a medical doctor has been referred for investigation to the Health Professions Council of SA after he "appeared to have seriously compromised the state's case" through his examination and report of a mentally disabled teenager who was gang-raped.
