COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Columbus police have identified two victims, including an infant, who were killed as part of a suspected murder-suicide that occurred Tuesday night in East Columbus.

According to an updated CPD release, 20-year-old Isabella Addington was killed, along with her four-month-old infant, Imani Robinson, as a result of a suspected murder-suicide in which three people died late Tuesday night.

At approximately 11:20 p.m. Tuesday, Columbus police responded to reports of shots fired. The person who called police said they believed a man shot his girlfriend in the home and were notified an infant could be inside.

Officers arrived to the 2900 block of East 12th Avenue and found three people dead from gunshot wounds.

One man, later identified as 21-year-old Jaden Robinson, Addington and their infant child Imani, were all pronounced dead at the scene. Homicide detectives are treating the incident as a murder suicide.

An investigation has led police to believe that Robinson shot the victims before killing himself, making it the second suspected murder suicide in a 24-hour-period and fourth over the past three weeks in the Columbus area.
