Several major Manhattan intersections closing tonight
MANHATTAN (KSNT) - The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is alerting Manhattan residents of several major Highway 24 intersections that will be closed for around three hours on Friday.
Starting at 1 a.m. and lasting until 4 a.m. on Sept. 13, Tuttle Creek Boulevard, McCall Road, Poyntz Avenue, Leavenworth Street and Bluemont Avenue will be closed for pavement marking work. KDOT said the intersections will be closed temporarily and not simultaneously.
KDOT said the closures will be marked with signs and barricades. There will be no signed detours so drivers will need to plan accordingly.
