Trailer cradle template

My trailer has 1 1/2" wide bunks which do not support the hull properly. I have noticed that some Capri 14 models have a fore and aft "cradle" that supports the full width of the hull. Does anyone know a source of the cradle, or a template so that I could make my own cradle?
