Mike Lindell's MyPillow sued by delivery company DHL for $800K

Mike Lindell's pillow company is facing a lawsuit from a delivery company for allegedly failing to pay nearly $800,000.

The Associated Press reported that the lawsuit was filed against MyPillow Monday in Hennepin County District Court in Minneapolis.

According to the lawsuit, a 2023 settlement required MyPillow to pay 24 monthly installments totaling $775,000. But DHL said it only received $64,583.34. The last payment was made on June 6.

DHL notified MyPillow that it was in default on July 2. The package delivery company's lawsuit seeks $799,925.59 in addition to interest and attorney fees.

When contacted by The Associated Press, Lindell said he didn't know what the lawsuit was about. He insisted that DHL was at fault and said MyPillow stopped using the company's services last year after a dispute over shipments.

Lindell was also facing lawsuits by two voting machine companies for defamation. As a strong supporter of former President Donald Trump, Lindell has falsely claimed that the companies helped to steal the 2020 election.

Lindell has also been ordered to pay a software engineer $5 million after he debunked stolen election claims in a "Prove Mike Wrong" challenge.
