Haryana polls: Congress sticks to 'no MPs' rule but okays 'son rise' for political bigwigs

The Congress has decided not to field any of its MPs in the Haryana Assembly polls, instead nominating several sons and relatives of top leaders. The party will largely contest solo, with only one seat given to CPI(M). Talks with AAP and Samajwadi Party did not result in alliances.
