Can’t see anything’s come up in block 27. - is it enabled for the automatic exchange system?
You should be able to check the status of the ticket under ‘manage tickets’ through your e-ticketing account? It should show as ‘listed for exchange’.
Obviously if nobody can see it on the map though, they won’t know it’s available, meaning you’re reliant on the TO matching a buyer to it from a phone call I guess???
