Toddler, 3, is ‘run over and left with serious injuries after being hit by car outside school’
A THREE-YEAR-OLD toddler has allegedly been run over and left with serious injuries after being hit by a car outside their school.
Cops were called to Talbot Primary School in Wallisdown near Bournemouth during the morning school run on March 19.
Paramedics treated the three-year-old boy for injuries following the collision.
Terence Edgar Wyatt, 62, was issued with a postal requisition for an offence of driving without due care and attention.
Wyatt, from nearby Ferndown, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on July 16.
He is alleged to have been driving the blue Toyota RAV4 on the day of the crash.
Wyatt is next due to appear back in front of Weymouth magistrates on November 19.
No plea was given at the 62-year-old’s first hearing.
