Theodore Bernard Henderson "Pete" Culp: Seasoned official and community leader fought racism in Toledo

Theodore Bernard Henderson "Pete" Culp, a longtime city official and community leader who was passionate about fighting racism and social injustice, died Aug. 31 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Detroit Avenue. He was 84.
