Belgrade Court Annuls Decision To Extradite Belarusian Activist, But Orders Case To Be Retried

An appeals court in Belgrade has annulled the decision to extradite Belarusian journalist and political activist Andrey Hnyot to Belarus, but the court said the case must be retried.
