Adani Power, Dickey Alternative challenge NCLAT's status quo order in Supreme Court

A consortium led by Dickey Alternative Investment Trust and Adani Power Ltd has approached the Supreme Court to challenge an NCLAT order that halted their resolution plan for Coastal Energen. The consortium argues that the appellate tribunal's decision was made without proper reasoning, despite having already paid Rs 3,335 crore to stakeholders.
