J-K polls: Congress announces five guarantees for people of the state

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge announced five guarantees for Jammu and Kashmir, including a Rs 25 lakh health insurance per family and interest-free loans for women entrepreneurs. The Congress-NC alliance also promises to restore statehood, create jobs, and reopen closed schools if voted to power.
