Sheriff: Arrest of sergeant accused of unlawful detentions a ‘huge stain’

Sheriff Kevin McMahill said the arrest of a sergeant on suspicion of a “pattern of unlawful detentions,” on the Las Vegas Strip, is a “huge stain” on the department.
