Gunfire kills one in NE Portland, shooter at large

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was shot to death in the Lloyd neighborhood late Tuesday afternoon and the shooter remains at large.

The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. near NE Grand and 6th Avenue, police said. The victim, whose name has not been released yet, was already dead by the time officers arrived.

Homicide detectives responded to the scene and the investigation continues.
