Delhi HC issues notice to NADA on Bajrang Punia’s plea against suspension

Wrestler Bajrang Punia has approached the Delhi High Court challenging his suspension by the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA). He claims that the suspension violates his fundamental rights and could force him to retire. Punia's petition argues that NADA used expired test kits and acted arbitrarily, jeopardizing his participation in the upcoming Senior World Wrestling Championships in Albania.
