Invest 93L could become next Atlantic tempest this week on heels of Tropical Storm Francine

As the Gulf Coast prepares for impact from Tropical Storm Francine, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) continues to track two areas in the Atlantic that could become the next named storms of the hurricane season.
