Qin Gang, China's ex-high flying foreign minister, is now working in a low publishing role

China's former Foreign Minister Qin Gang is now justifying a role of low level publisher. Previously he was the most powerful man but he has been dismissed due to his extra marital affair during his tenure as China's ambassador to the US. Later, Wang Yi replaced him as his predecessor.
