Vice President Harris and former President Trump are set to face off in person for the first, and possibly only, time on Tuesday.

2. Another death reported due to legionella outbreak at senior living facility

The Albany County Department of Health said two more people have tested positive for legionellosis connected to an outbreak at the Peregrine Senior Facility. One more death has now also been reported, bringing the total to four.

3. Teenagers arrested in connection to stolen vehicle investigation

Albany police have made three arrests in connection to a vehicle that had been reported stolen. A loaded handgun was also recovered.

4. James Earl Jones, beloved actor and voice of Darth Vader, dies

James Earl Jones, well known for his roles in “Field of Dreams,” “The Lion King,” “Star Wars,” and more, has died. He was 93.

5. Capital Region remembers 9/11 with local ceremonies

Several communities will come together on Wednesday to remember and honor the lives that were lost in the terrorist attack on Sept. 11, 2001. Local organizations, city governments, and more across the Capital Region have planned ceremonies and memorial services that community members are invited to remember the men and women who died during and after the attack.
