Realty developer Migsun Group is set to invest Rs 90 crore in a studio apartment project near Medanta hospital in Lucknow. Part of the Migsun Lucknow Central mixed-use project, each unit will be priced around Rs 60 lakh. The development, spanning over 5 acres, aims to become an iconic retail destination and is expected to commence delivery before Diwali.
