Mutual fund SIP crosses Rs 23,000 crore mark for second consecutive month

Mutual fund SIP contributions crossed Rs 23,000 crore for the second month in August. Equity mutual fund inflows rose by 3%, while debt mutual funds saw a significant decline. Hybrid fund inflows decreased by 43%. Total assets under management increased to Rs 66.43 lakh crore.
