Mahindra has dismissed Congress's allegations against the company and SEBI chief Madhabi Puri Buch as "false and misleading." The company clarified that it has never sought preferential treatment from SEBI and maintains high corporate governance standards. It explained that Dhaval Buch, hired in 2019 for his supply chain expertise, joined Mahindra before Madhabi Puri Buch became SEBI Chairperson.
