Borders fully secure; will not allow terrorists to disturb assembly polls in J-K: BSF

Counter-infiltration measures have been implemented along the borders to prevent terrorist infiltration during the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. BSF Inspector General D K Boora assured that the borders are secure and that the BSF, in coordination with other agencies, is prepared to ensure free and fair elections in the region.
