Lockheed and Tata collaborate for manufacturing special operations aircraft C-130J Super Hercules in India

Lockheed Martin and Tata Advanced Systems Limited have formed a new partnership to enhance India’s defence capabilities with the C-130J Super Hercules. The agreement includes establishing an MRO facility and expanding local manufacturing. This move deepens the India-U.S. strategic relationship and supports the Indian Air Force's Medium Transport Aircraft program. The C-130J is noted for its global versatility and efficiency.
