Woman in her 70s dies after being hit by vehicle while cycling in Guelph

A woman in her 70s who was hit by a vehicle while cycling on Victoria Road North in Guelph, Ont., has died, police say. A 35-year-old man has been charged with failing to stop after an accident causing bodily harm.
