No closed topics between Belarus, Vietnam

Belarus and Vietnam have no  topics they would rather not discuss, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich told the media following a meeting with Vietnamese Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang on 9 September.
