Bengaluru cafe blast accused planned to target BJP office: NIA

The National Investigation Agency has charged four individuals in connection with the Bengaluru blast case. The accused used dark web and cryptocurrency to fund their activities, including a failed attack on the Karnataka BJP office. They were involved in radicalizing youths and had links to ISIS and other terrorist organizations.
